Landlords

Landlords are the owners of a house, apartment, condominium, or real estate which is rented or leased to an individual or business. Landlords are responsible for keeping the property livable and maintained as well as managing rents and lease agreements, among other things.

Agency Landlords

Agency landlords are landlords hired by the owner of the property to take care of the various landlord duties. Agency landlords are usually hired by people or businesses that own many rented properties and can't afford to manage them all on their own.
